Scroll, artifact

A small scroll made of platinum foil, flexible like paper with silvery letters floating upon the surface. The letters are similar to the symbols found on spells or in arcane equations. No destructive magic, even disintegration can affect the scroll.

Each time a page is read, new knowledge appears, allowing the scroll to contain more information than the small size should have allowed. When a reader gained sufficient understanding, re-reading the scrolls provided additional knowledge and information. The amount of knowledge contained within a scroll seems to be near limitless and mastery of all the information could take years. However, after reading the scrolls for a period of one month a character capable of casting at least one arcane spell gains the following benefits.

Your spell attack bonus and spell save DC increase by 1.

You choose two spells of first level, you may cast each of these spells once a day without expending a spell slot or material components.
