Ardeep’s Razor

A magical blade made by the moon elves nearly 3,000 years ago.

It was forged from an ancient hardwood growing only within Ardeep forest. The wood fluctuates between being as brittle as a dying branch, to as strong as the purest adamantine. At the time it was carved, it was said to contain the untamed chaotic nature of the forest itself. Sometimes the blade would splinter and shatter when cutting through the brush, other times it could cleave through solid stone.

Each round, when a character makes a successful melee attack with the razor, they roll a D6, this roll chooses the damage dice until the beginning of their next turn.

The number they roll dictates the damage dice:

1 - 1d4
2 - 1d6
3 - 1d8
4 - 1d10
5 - 1d12
6 - 1d20

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
