Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a By a Gunfighter/Gunslinger)
Created by a powerful being (God/Warlock Patron) to allow their follower to increase their abilities in service to them. Made from a single bullet made of Electrum, inscribed with runes of lost and/or secret lore strung onto a chain of the same material. This legendary artifact must be attuned to, and takes 1 long rest to achieve. Once attuned the wearer gains the following benefits:
- Increase Constitution by +2 to a maximum of 20.
- Increase Intelligence by +2 to a maximum of 20.
- Increase Wisdom to 26.
