Arcanite's Burden (Awakened)

This ancient cloak of dark leather and silver trip seems to move sometimes on its own, waving as small glimmers of light come off the inside of it. Hailing from unknown origins, the breadth of ages can be felt within the fabric of the cloak. This cloak has 6 charges, and regains 1d4+2 expended charges daily at dawn.

When you hit with an attack, you can choose to expend a number of charges from the cloak, dealing an additional 1d6 fire damage per charge expended, which is inflicted on the target of that attack. If your attack strikes multiple targets, you must choose one target from the group to be subject to this damage. Additionally, once per short you can choose to give up a 3rd level spell slot to Arcanite's Burden as a bonus action. When you do so, you regain a number of charges equal to the spell slot given up.

You gain advantage on all saving throws against spells and other magical effects while wearing this cloak.
