Armored Boots of the Panther

These are finely crafted black leather knee length boots with silver buckles on the side. While wearing these, you move under the effects of the Freedom of Movement spell and are granted a +3 to armor class. As a bonus action, the wearer can activate haste mode. When haste mode is activated, it functions exactly like the haste spell for 10 minutes. Haste mode has three charges and is restored at every dawn.
