Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.
If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.
Amorphous. While this tattoo is on your skin, you can use your action to transform yourself and anything you are wearing or carrying into an amorphous liquid form akin to an ooze, or back into your normal form. While in this amorphous form, you can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing, but your only method of movement is a walking speed of 10 feet, you cannot speak and the only action available to you is to turn back into your normal form. You are immune to the prone condition in amorphous form. If you are killed in amorphous form, you transform back into your normal form.
