Wyrmslayer. As an action, you can point the blade at a dragon within 30 feet of you. The dragon must then succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or gain vulnerability to all damage types until the end of your next turn. For the purpose of this weapon, "dragon" refers to any creature with the dragon type, including dragon turtles and wyverns. This property can be used three times. The blade regains all expended uses at the next dawn. Additionally, when you hit a dragon with this weapon, they take an extra 3d6 damage.

At the end of your turn, each creature within 15ft of the ball must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 x the level of the spell, cold damage and have its speed halved until the end of your next turn. Once this feature has been used it cannot be used until you take up the aspects of heartkiller.
