Arrow of Stormburst

This beautifully crafted arrow of birch wood and bronze crackles slightly as the intricate runes shift with blue energy.

When fired from a ranged weapon the arrow deals damage normal for its type and explodes. This detonation requires all creatures within a 20 radius centered on the target to make a dc 17 constitution saving throw or take 4d6 bludgeoning damage and 4d6 lightning damage and be deafened. On a successful save a creature takes half as much damage and is not deafened.

Alternatively the arrow can be thrust into the ground as an action and triggered by a command word by the creature when within 60 ft.
