Wondrous Item, very rare

The Annals of history are a beautiful illustrated and written book of stories and records of the history of Erlond. A bard can read the stories of Erlond as an Action to produce the following effects:

You can read an amount of tales per day equal to your Proficiency Bonus

Tale of the Songbirds:  Read the inspiring tale of the songbirds, granting one of your Bardic inspiration to each creature of your choice within 120ft that can hear you without expending any of your Bardic Inspirations, this inspiration may also bee used to as a bonus action to be expended to heal themselves or an ally they can touch.

Tale of Mhalak: You read the horrific deeds of Mhalak, choose a creature within 90ft of you, they make a Charisma save against your spell save DC,  you expend as many of your Bardic Inspirations as you have available, they take Psychic damage equal to the amount rolled, or half as much on a success. 

Tale of Rulthor:  You read the tale of the first King of Erlond, King Rulthor the Great, each creature that has a Bardic Inspiration gains temp HP equal to your Proficiency Bonus+Charisma Modifier, and gains advantage on saving throws until the end of your next turn.
