Weapon (rapier), very rare

Allegro lends itself to specific styles of quick and calculated combat.  Should Allegro strike true it’s bearer gains an additional 10ft movement until it’s next turn.  This additional movement may be used during the same round even if all movement has been used.

Also, 2 times per day Allegro can cast Slow as a bonus action toward any enemy it has struck previously.  Spell save DC 16.

Additionally any enemy struck by Allegro can be Uncanny Dodged thrice per day.

Finally, if wielded by a Bard if an Inspiration is given to Allegro it deals an additional 1d8 psychic damage for a number of rounds equal to the bearer’s proficiency bonus.

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
