This armor is made to work with the feat- Aramusha Fighting Style

While wearing this splint armor you may use Dexterity instead of Strength for the Strength score requirement of 15. Also your Aramusha training in splint armor allows you to wear this heavy armor without suffering the disadvantage penalty to stealth. The Aramusha have also perfected the craft of splint armor using lighter and more flexible materials bringing the weight much lower to that of 30 lbs. 

This armor is made of narrow vertical strips of metal riveted to a backing of leather that is worn over cloth padding. Flexible chain mail protects the joints.
