When you nock an arrow on this bow, your vision focuses on your target with extraordinary magnification. As a bonus action you can do the following equal to your proficiency modifier per long rest.
Your hyper focus increases your pinpoint accuracy on your target, you have advantage on the roll. In addition, your target gains no benefit from cover, other than total cover, and you suffer no disadvantage due to long range. If the attack hits, you do an addition 1d4 damage.
Additionally once per long rest you can cast the spell Hunter’s Mark as a bonus action.
DORMANT
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
