Analyst's Goggles

As a bonus action while wearing these goggles, you can tap a button on the side and cause them to magically scan one creature you can see within 10 feet of you. This lasts for one minute, until you use this feature to scan another target, or if you consciously end it (no action required). While scanning a target, you gain the following benefits:

• When the target leaves the range of a melee weapon that you are currently wielding, you can make an opportunity attack against them.
• All creatures besides the target have advantage on attack rolls against you.
• Once per long rest, when the target succeeds on an attack roll against you, you can force them to reroll the attack roll, potentially causing it to fail.
• You cannot have disadvantage on attack rolls against the target.
• If you roll a 1 on any damage rolls against the target, you may reroll that damage die and use the new result (even if it is another 1).
