Armor of the Phoenix

Suit of Platemail armor that 10/day grants you a fly speed of 60ft for 1 round as a bonus action. Wearer can use these on successive rounds without interrupting a contiguous flight. Wearer can also use X uses to project a bolt of light and flame at a target up to 120 ft. away as a ranged attack and deal Xd6 radiant damage (max 5d6 per use).

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
