Armor of the Platinum Soul

This antique armor said to be forged from from the scales of Bahamut.

• The wearer has a +3 bonus to AC while wearing this armor
• The wearer can cast the command spell (save DC 17) while attuned to this armor. They can target 4 creatures They cannot use this ability again until they have completed a long rest.
• The wearer gains resistance to acid, lightning, fire and cold damage while wearing this armor.
• The wearer gains immunity to the frightened condition while wearing this armor. This immunity extends to friendly creatures within 15ft.
• The wearer had advantage on all charisma(persuasion) checks made against metallic dragons.
• The wearer gains the ability to speak, read and write in draconic.
• The wearer has advantage on saves against a dragon's non-elemental breath weapon.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
