Astral Onion

This onion is the size of a small moon, and sprouts gargantuan trees from its top. Despite its large size, it does not generate a sufficient gravitational pull to weigh down humanoids. Instead you just float slowly towards it.

While attuned to the Astral Onion, you can use a bonus action on your turn to cause any creature within your line of sight, that can see, to cry. The effects last until you take an action or bonus action to stop it, or the effect is dispelled by magical means.

While no creatures are attuned to this item, any creature that comes within 1 mile of it will cry.

For both effects, while crying, a creature is blinded and poisoned
