Wondrous Item, unknown rarity
once per day your able to open this book and ask it a simple trivia question about the area there in. this book will then dispense that interesting piece of trivia and possibly some advice to the user. BUT the user must roll a D20 to determine just how useful or interesting that trivia and advice is.
*WARNING* if you roll a 1 the book will emit a burst of psychic energy dealing 2d6 necrotic damage and cause the player to forget there name for up to 1d4 hours.
