Weapon (longsword), rare (requires attunement)

This melee weapon has an unusual connection to aggressive emotions, which you feel practically eminating through your fingers as you grip it.

You gain a +1 bonus to hit & damage rolls made with this weapon.

once per day with the weapon on your person, you may target an angry creature within 10ft of you & have them make a DC 13 + 'your cha mod' Charisma Saving Throw. If they succeed they are unaware the attempt was made (unless it's made obvious). On a failure, the target is no longer feeling angry, & the weapon gains an 'Anger Imbument' point. The target can be roused to anger again after failing this save, & is immune to further attempts for 24 hours. This feature cannot be used on creatures in combat & it cannot be used if the weapon has the maximum amount of points already.

The weapon can store up to 3 'Anger Imbument' points. when a melee attack with this weapon hits, you can choose to expend as many points as you wish to add damage equal to your character level for each point spent.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
