As an action The wearer of the amulet can do anything they want by rolling 1d20 with a DC of 7. Wether that be farting cupcakes or summon a large amount of monsters to do their bidding. This can only be done once in an encounter that way if your DM its alot more fair. If they fail the roll then the afects that the player hoped for will be reversed and whatever they hoped for will be done to them. For example if a player wants to fart a ball of fire and they roll a 1 then they will have to take 4d6 fire damage so this amulet is a blessing and a curse.
