This wristband looks to be made of loops of leather, and has a miniscule feather-shaped charm attached to it.

While wearing this wristband, you gain proficiency with Woodcarver's tools. Additionally, whenever you finish a short rest, the magic within this wristband fills you with a creative drive - you can create a number of arrows equal to twice your Wisdom modifier.

Perforating Arrows. This wristband has 3 charges, and regains any expended charges daily at dawn. When you make a ranged weapon attack with a bow or crossbow, you can expend a charge as part of the attack to cause one piece of ammunition to travel much faster than usual. If you hit with the attack, the ammunition pierces through the target - if there is a creature directly behind your target, and the total for the attack roll also hits that creature, that creature is hit by the attack as well.
