Amulet of Paladine

Paladine is the head god of good in the world of Krynn, also known as the Platinum Dragon. Paladine represents the godly force of majesty. He sponsors the soul's aspirations to rise to greater heights and to improve itself by following the example of others.

The bearer of this artifact is imbued with the ability to turn into a silver dragon Wyrmling. The form lasts 1 hour or until its hit points dropped below 0. The creature will return back to its original form and health. While you are in this form, you can only use abilities and skills of the form. The creature can choose to drop the guise before the hour is up. 

At level 10, you can turn into a young white dragon.
