Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Focus on it for 1 Hour)
This amulet stores spell slots, holding them until the attuned wearer uses them. The ring can store up to 6 levels worth of spell slots at a time.
Any creature can cast a spell of 1st through 6th level by touching the amulet as the spell is cast. If the amulet can't fuel enough spell slots to cast the spell, the spell slots are expended without effect.
The spell cast using the amulet uses the slot level, spell save DC, spell attack bonus, and spellcasting ability of the original caster, but is otherwise treated as if you cast the spell. At dawn, the amulet refills 1d6 spell slots.
