Amulet of Dead Magic

This amulet creates a small dead magic zone around the wearer. It is believed these amulets were used to help imprison magic users or magic infused beings in ancient times. It looks like this a three dimensional hollow rhombus made of a stone like substance with a lime green magic stone visibly seen in the center by the openings in each face of the rhombus. This item can also be made into other types jewelry such as bracelets, circlets, and so on. Any magic items the player is wearing/has equipped or have in their inventory will temporarily lose there magical effects until the amulet or item is removed. At the DM's discretion this amulet can also be recreated by a  wizard or sorcerer if the wizard or sorcerer's level is 18, or has an intelligence score of 20.
