Amulet of Ethereal Sight

While wearing this amulet, the user can activate it once a day for 1 hour and see through the amulet as if viewing the world on the ethereal plane. The image is slightly dim and cloudy, but clear enough to make perception checks, target creatures, and see distances, all without disadvantage. The attuned individual can also use and see through the amulet while not wearing it within a distance of 60ft.
