While holding this shield, you have a +1 bonus to AC. This bonus is in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC.

This shield is hidden within a well fashioned brass and leather bracelet. When summoned water flows out of a central blue gem and shapes into a shield fully made of water cantered around the gem.

You are resistant to Fire while wielding this shield

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
