Potion, rare (requires attunement by a 6 hour of studying the contents or successfully pass a CON Save (DC 18), failed save will result in item being unable to become attuned for 1 Day)
A simplistic looking wine bottle however the contents appear to be endless. When consumed willingly, make a CHA Saving Throwing (DC 15). If failed, the creature is charmed and becomes entranced by the person the bottle is attuned to. If the user is someone the creature would be attracted to, this charmed effect feels as if it is true love and the bond becomes magically binding unless a WIS Save (DC 17) is succeeded. Creatures who do not willingly partake in the drink must make a WIS Save (DC 11) in order to avoid becoming forcefully charmed by the magical properties of this wine.
