Wondrous Item, rare
A teifling sorcerer created this arrow for the purpose of defeating a dragon. Sadly, the sorcerer disappeared before he was able to use the arrow. It can pierce any armor or hide, magical ones included. The damage is half of the hp of the target, Ask DM for additional bonuses.
