Amulet of Disguise

This amulet grants the wearer the ability to change their appearance at will, allowing them to assume a different identity and blend in with different groups of people. While wearing the amulet, the wearer can change their appearance to that of any creature or humanoid of a similar size and shape. They can also alter details such as skin and eye color, hair length and color, and other distinguishing features. In addition, the amulet allows the wearer to change their height and add or remove small appendages (such as horns or wings, although they're not functional). The amulet has 5 charges per day, and each use consumes one charge. The charges are replenished at dawn. The wearer can also choose to target someone in their line of sight with the amulet's power. This allows the wearer to disguise others as well, with the same limitations as if they were disguising themselves. The wearer can also choose to revert to their true appearance at any time, which does not consume a charge. However, if they are in a form that is significantly different from their true appearance and are recognized by someone who knows them, they may need to make a Charisma check to convince that person that they are who they appear to be. The amulet can be a powerful tool for espionage and infiltration, but also carries the risk of being discovered if used carelessly.
