Amulet of the Evening Sun

This amulet bears the symbol of the sun with groves that would alow somthing to slot in. While this holy symbol is attached to you or equipment you are wielding you gain the following benifits

 You gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your spells.

You can use your action to cast a 30 ft. cone of blinding light any creature in the area make a DC15 Constitustion saving throw or take 2d6 raident damage and be blinded for 1 minute. The creature may repeat the save at the end of its turn.

You can cast each the following spells one per long rest(Using Player DC): fire shield (Level 4), dawn (level 5), sunbeam
