Weapon (longsword), legendary (requires attunement)

Forged under the stars of Aquarius, its metal cooled by a collection of waters from all the worlds seas, the metal of this blade was melded with 7 magical rings. Whoever wields the blade gains the abilities forged into this sword. The seven magical rings were rings that allowed the use of the following spells and thus these same spells can be cast via swinging the blade. 

While attuned to this sword, You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls and deal an additional 2d8 magical slashing damage.
This sword has 10 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to spent 1 of more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it (DC 18). Water Breathing and Water Walk permanent effects when the sword is attuned to you.

Shape Water (cantrip), Create or Destroy Water (1 charge), Tidal Wave (2 charges), Wall of Water (3 charges), Maelstrom (5 charges), Investiture of Ice (7 charges)

When you attune to this sword, creatures of the elemental plane of water sense your connection to them and become hesitant to attack you. When an elemental from the elemental plane of water attacks you, that creature must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18). On a failed save, the elemental must choose a different target, or the attack automatically misses. On a successful save, the elemental is immune to this effect for 24 hours. The elemental is aware of this effect before it makes its attack against you.

The sword regains 1d4+4 charges after a long rest. If all charges are used up, roll a d20, on a 1 no charges can be restored for 1d4 days.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
