Wand, very rare
A unique device that delivers a power burst of electricity to the target. When done properly, it is capable of jolting a stopped heart back into function, thus bringing an individual back seemingly from the grasp of death. An individual proficient in Tinkering Tools and Medicine may use either skill to attempt to revive a target that has died within the past minute. The target must have it's vital parts mostly intact (head, torso) and suffers from a level of exhaustion when brought back in this manner. The device has 3 charges and regains 1d4-1 charges every day.
