This pendant is shaped like a glass tear drop with a blue gem in the center, earning it the nickname Tear of the Goddess.

While attuned to this amulet, whenever you roll a natural 20 on a spell attack roll, you regain the spell slot used.

Additionally, each time you cast a spell of 1st-level or higher, the amulet gains one charge (max. 5). You can expend all charges to cast a spell with a level up to the number of charges expended. Casting a spell in this way does not add additional charges to the amulet.
