Anchor Stone

Anchor Stones are rare stones with magical runes inscribed on them. These stones are "anchored" to a specific location. Using one of these stones, you can insert it into a teleportation belt and utilize the teleportation circle spell to be transported to the anchor location of that stone.

You can create a teleportation stone by casting the teleportation circle spell on the stone, in the same location, every day for one year. You need not use the circle to teleport when you cast the spell in this way.
