Ancestral Glaive

This magical glaive has been passed down through Tad's family for generations. When Tad wields the weapon, he can feel the presence of his ancestors within it.

Ancestral Guardian: When Tad hits a creature with this weapon, he can use a bonus action to invoke the spirits of his ancestors, causing them to swarm around the target. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 17) or have disadvantage on attacks that don't target Tad until the end of Tad's next turn. Once used, this ability cannot be used again until the next dawn.

Soul Strike: When Tad lands a critical hit with this weapon, you can refresh your Channel Divinity if used.

Speak with Ancestors: Once per day, Tad can commune with the previous wielders of the blade asking up to 2 questions.

One with the Blade: When the wielder dies, his soul is bound to the weapon allowing him to advise future generations. The weapon will then give visions to the closest relative of its location and relevance.

Proficiency with a Glaive allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This is done during a long rest.
