A blade imbued with the soul of the legendary Amatsumagatsuchi.
Storm Gauge: After attacking three times whether the attack succeeded or not, you can use Rounding Tempest. If the attack succeeds, the Storm Gauge increases by one. The Storm Gauge maximum is three. At level one, attacks with this weapon deal an additional 1d8 slashing damage. This increases to 2d8 at two stacks, and 3d8 at three stacks. While the Storm Gauge is active, a windy storm envelopes the blade, giving it a mystical appearance and the intensity of the effect increases at every level. When the Storm Gauge is at level three, the sky darkens and a large, formidable typhoon appears, giving the user advantage on intimidation checks.
Rounding Tempest: After three attacks, you can use Rounding Tempest as a bonus action, and deals the same damage as a normal attack. When used, you spin with your blade, swinging around you hitting all creatures within 7 feet of you and creating a wind that pushes in all directions away from you. Enemies within five feet of you must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw, or be pushed five feet away from you, leaving them open for opportunity attacks. Rounding Tempest always rolls with disadvantage, and this effect cannot be changed.
Storming Blade: A quick jump backward gives momentum to two sweeping slashes, each dealing 2d10 slashing damage. If the attacks hit, the wounds inflicted will open in a spray of blood after a brief pause, dealing an additional 2d10 slashing damage for each attack that hits, and the Storm Gauge will reset. This can only be used when the Storm Gauge is at maximum. This can crit, and if it is used by a class with multiple attacks per action, this only counts as one attack.
