Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement)

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Your attacks with this weapon deal an additional 1d6 lightning damage.

This weapon has 5 charges that can be used on the following effects:

Arc Arrow (1 Charge): Use a bonus action to activate this effect. The next arrow you fire from this weapon turns into two arcs of lightning. On a hit, your original target takes lightning damage equal to the weapons damage + 1d6. Roll to hit one additional target within a 5-foot wide line between you and your original target. On a hit, it takes lightning damage equal to the weapons damage + 1d6.

Lightning Arrow (2 Charges): Use an action to fire a arrow of pure lightning from the bow. Make the attack roll as normal. The target takes 6d8 lightning damage on a hit, or half as much damage on a miss, instead of the weapon’s normal damage.

Whether you hit or miss, each creature within a 5-foot wide line between you and the target must make a Dexterity saving throw. Each of these creatures takes 6d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

The save DC for this ability is: 8 + PB (If you are proficient with the weapon + DEX)

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
