This is an Amulet of Illmater (image of the the crossed white bleeding hands bound in red cords)  While it bears the symbol of the suffering deity it is made of simple metals and non-precious stones as is the simple nature of that God.  While plain and simple in appearance it has been blessed by Illmater himself and while you wear this holy symbol, if you are a cleric, monk or paladin of that God, you gain a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells.

Any creature you choose regains a number of hit points equal to 1d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier at your touch. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.The ammulet has three such charges, which are replenished on a long rest.

The ammulet also holds one charge that is used for an additional opportunity to channel your Channel Divinity abilities during a wake/rest cycle. Once this free use charge is expended , it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
