This darkly coloured amulet is made from a fragment of a blasphemous altar to the Dark Powers of Mabar.
Often given to direct servants of Dark Powers or to the servants of their Voice; Mort Sephtis.
While the amulet will grant power to the warlocks of Mabar it also empowers those who have been touched by the plane and developed sorcerous powers.
Warlock: Once per rest you can recover a spell slot equal to your current spell slot level
Sorceror: Once per rest you can recover 3 sorcery points.
While wearing the amulet you are aware of the nearest manifest zone or portal to Mabar while on any other plane. When in Mabar you are aware of nearest portal out of the plane.
