Armor (plate), artifact (requires attunement by a Wear it for 1 long rest)

Armor infused with the souls of a friend who got trapped inside after a accident it is now a powerful set of armor the souls trapped inside shares thoughts with the wearer and whoever puts in the armor is unable to take it off until death and when the player drops to 0 hp they can chose to ether do the normal death saves or use the armor when used the armor takes control of the users body and fights for them the player becomes immortal and can’t get hurt if there arm gets cut of the armor will just put it back on etc but when combat ends the player gets 1/4th of their max hp removed PERMANENTLY 

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
