Wondrous Item, uncommon
This object is fitted with clamps that attach to several different weapons.
As a bonus action on your turn, you can attach this clamp to a weapon, a piece of ammunition or onto a part of your body. When you hit with an attack roll while the clamp is attached, the attack deals an additional 1d8 lightning damage. Additionally, a creature hit with an attack while the clamp is attached cannot make reactions until its next turn.
Once this additional damage is dealt, the clamp loses its electric charge and falls to the ground.
