Armor of Relenting Force

Armor appearing to be made of Mithril and Elven steel, gilded with sapphire if a creature attacks and hits you with a melee attack, your next attack against that creature does 3d6 force damage knocking them prone on a DC14 failed save. This feature does not stack, and only applies to the first hit.
