Upon accepting this gift the item is bound to you permanently, it cannot be lost or destroyed whilst you're still alive, upon dying the item will lay dormant until a new host discovers it. The artefact retains the ability to provide advice; but now speaks to its owner outside of requests, may manifest singular appendages, or may manifest an entire semi-corporeal body that can act independently from its owner.
Three times per day the attuned creature may request advice from the artefact, upon doing so the creature makes a wisdom saving throw. (The DC is unknown to the attuned creature, is set by the DM, and is determined by what level of information is asked for). The attuned creature hears a female voice in their head relaying the requested advice with the utmost confidence. Whether the wisdom saving throw is successful or a failure, the artefact will still provide the requested advice, just with a varying degree of accuracy.
As a reaction, you may request the item to give you the help action on your current action or ability; the item summons see-through ghostly appendages to physically help you with your current task. However, the item is impatient and bashful, so it may attempt to rush you when stalling on decisions.
As an action, you may manifest the artefact's semi-corporeal state for an hour. This body may make actions, move, and speak independently of its attuned player. This body can phase through non-magical objects at will, become completely invisible and cast up to third-level spells from the wizard's spell list at will without requiring spell slots. This body can be summoned a number of times equal to the attuned creature's proficiency bonus.
Notes: a creature with an intelligence of 4 or higher.
