Bound to the Temple of Calm Waters, the Angelic Elemental Idol is the key to open the deeper areas of worship to the Elemental Lords. It protects several items of power.
On the lighter side it makes a great water fountain as the water which form the wings of the sculpture is from the first mountain spring and as refreshing to thirst as a Goodberry is to hunger. Any person can only benefit from this effect once per day.

When you drink this potion, it removes any exhaustion or ill effect you are suffering due to dehydration and poison (ingested) affecting you. The idols wings regularly pulses with dull light. The water evaporates quickly upon touching the ground or another surface it will dampen anything it comes into contact with, but cannot be gathered.
