A small orphanage (appx 12 inch in height and 6 inches long) made of an old coo-coo clock parts, a music box, and parts from discarded toys left behind by children over the years. The tune was recorded by Likalah during their brief stay at the Wayside Inn. The orphanage turns into a heart while playing The Mestalli Waltz and slowly returns to the original shape as the song ends. Looking inside the orphanage one can see toys and happy children playing. There are tiny fairy lights sprinkled throughout the item.
Because Breegani used an old coo-coo clock, she forgot to remove the bird that pops out of the window. The bird will appear every time the music is played however it does not make a sound. It emits a small arcane cloud that, when inhaled, smells like something that brings joy to the individual smelling it. It will smell different for every individual.
