This amulet bears the symbol of the deity Kirros of the Rosales pantheon, a sect of The Divine pantheon. The amulet is inlaid with an orange stained glass rose and gems of unknown origin. While you wear the holy symbol, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells. When you wear this amulet, you are resistant to necrotic damage and can Rage once per day regardless of wearer's class. For wearer's that have the Rage feature, they will gain the option to roll on the Wild Magic Surge table when going into a rage regardless of Barbarian path.
While you wear this amulet, you can use your Channel Divinity feature without expending one of the feature’s uses. If the wearer does not have the Rage class feature, it can be 3 times in this way before this feature is permanently expended. Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
