This amulet, given too a new Blood Hunter once surviving the Hunter's Bane, has the appearance of a round silver pendant with a jagged, knotted pattern around the edge that shimmers with a dull red color when in darkly lit areas.
A symbol of the Blood Hunter Orders that is unique to each Blood Hunter, this magic amulet warns you of danger. The amulet magically awakens you if you are sleeping naturally when combat begins.
When Aberrations, Elementals, Fiends, Fey, Monstrosities, or Undead are nearby, the amulet will hum and vibrate at an intensity based on the size of the creature or the number of creatures. The larger the creature or more that are present in an area, the stronger the hum and vibrations become.
While wearing this amulet, whenever you cause yourself to fall unconscious through the use of your Crimson Rite or Blood Maledict, you are automatically stabilized at the start of your next turn.
Additionally, you gain an extra ability based on your Order.
Order of the Lycan: whenever you transform, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Blood Hunter level.
