Angel Feather Handwraps

Two angel feathers are attached to two thin electrum and gold braided chains, attached to red silken ribbons.

You can use an action to expend 1 charge and cast detect evil and good. 

As you gain in power so does the Handwraps:

Tier 2: As a reaction to being targeted by a spell or ability that causes the charmed, exhaustion, or frightened condition,
you may expend one charge and gain advantage on your saving throw.

Tier 3: As a Reaction, you can expend 1 charge to be resistant to radiant damage until the beginning of your next turn.

Tier 4: As an Action you can expend 2 charges and touch another creature to magically heal the target for 4 d 8 +2 hit points 
and free the target from any curse, disease, poison, blindness, or deafness.

Notes: Counts as a monk weapon for unarmed attacks and radiate good., Monk
