Potion, unknown rarity
This concoction looks, smells, and tastes like vodka made by some very drunk and bearded Russians... might have been dwarves actually.
Drinking this... liquid...is quite fun. Not very advisable though.
Upon ingestion reduce movement to 5ft. per turn and get dizzy.
