Arrow of Holding

This mystical arrow is inscribed with strange runes. When you shoot it from a bow and hit a target, it does no damage, but the target is paralyzed for 1 minute. At the end of each of its turns, the target may make a Wisdom saving throw, DC 14. On a success, the effect ends on the target. The arrow is destroyed whether you hit or miss.
