When you shoot this arrow from a bow, the arrow keeps going, phasing through any nonliving material in its path, until it reaches its maximum range or strikes a living object. Your attack rolls against targets wearing armor are made as if the target's AC were 12. You ignore cover and concealment, unless made of living material. Creatures totally hidden from view are treated as invisible, and you have disadvantage to hit them. The armor class of creatures with natural armor remains unaffected. The arrow is destroyed whether you hit or miss.
